![]() Marga Irene Sudbury, 87 years, 3 months, 21 days old, passed away on January 20th, 2022 at her home in Wasola, Missouri. Marga was born September 29th, 1934 in Gommern, Germany. Her parents were Ernst and Magdalene Ebert. While in Germany, Marga was a Physical Education teacher. She met her future husband Arcy “Dean” Sudbury while he was stationed in Germany. They entered into marriage on June 7, 1958 in Hesse, Germany at the Hessen Hamburg Chapel. She entered the United States on April 19, 1959. She became a United States Citizen on May 20, 1966. She and Dean resided in Silicon Valley, California for several years. During this time Marga worked her way up to a supervisor of a computer products company. In 1979 they moved to Wasola, Missouri to start a farm. Marga spent several years being a homemaker until finding employment at Emerson and later at Fasco where she eventually retired. During retirement Marga spent most of her time raising rescued animals. She also enjoyed making several trips back to Germany to see family and friends. Marga was known throughout the community to be one of the kindest and sweetest ladies. Marga loved her family and enjoyed surprising them with gifts. She was preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband, sister, Edith, niece, Renee Sudbury and brother, Michael Sudbury. Marga is survived by brothers, Ron Sudbury, Don Sudbury and wife Jackie, nephew Ryan Sudbury and wife Haylee, niece, Chelcie Sudbury, great nieces, Madison Rister and Shaylee Wilkerson and great nephews, Devon Sudbury and Stetson Wilkerson, as well as many other relatives and friends. At Marga’s request, there will be no funeral or memorial service.
