Cecile was very witty, full of mischief, and always had a twinkle in her eye. She also enjoyed the opportunity to care for several foster children.
Cecile had a passion for painting with oils. She also loved birds and enjoyed having them fed near her window so she could watch them while snuggling with her cats. She loved classical and spiritual music. Most of all she loved her family.
