Paul Steven LaDuke, 88, entered his heavenly home on Sunday, August 18, 2024, surrounded by his family in Seymour, Missouri. He started his earthly life on March 31, 1936, born to parents Louis and Lula (Hall) LaDuke of Buckingham, Colorado, as the 15th of 19 children.
After moving around, Paul found a small farm in Missouri. Life took Paul to many places with numerous jobs, but the pull of the Ozarks was strong. He finally came back to the farm in Missouri. Paul loved the land and loved to grow things in the fertile Ozark soil. It did not matter whether it was garden produce or flowers; Paul grew everything with great success. Not only did Paul use his hands to grow things, but he also used his hands to make things. Paul could look at many things and envision how to create them from wood. His and Darlene’s house displayed the many things Paul had made with his own hands. Paul loved to make people laugh. He made sure that anyone he met had a smile when they parted. Paul loved having kids and would spread his love to the children he was related to and those he claimed. Paul is preceded in death by his parents, 16 of his siblings, two grandchildren, and the mother of his children, Eunice LaDuke. Left to miss Paul are his wife of 48 years, Darlene; his children, Susie, Sharon, Steven, Sandra, and Stella; 10 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and 8 great-great-grandchildren. He will also be missed by his sisters, Sylvia and Nora. Many other family and friends will miss Paul in their lives. Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 23, 2024, at 1:00 PM in the Ava Family Funeral Home, Ava, Missouri. Visitation will precede the service starting at Noon. Burial will follow at the Oak Forest Cemetery, Norwood, Missouri. All services are under the care of the Ava Family Funeral Home.

This is my opinion on how I was treated as very young until I got older. These are my published thoughts and Ava funeral home nor Darlene laduke better not mess with this. I was as a child pinched on my private parts by Paul laduke and if I said anything he would jump out of the truck. Darlene wants to deny what he done as she is just as bad. Paul and Darlene took my inheritance of my part of the family land then sold it for over 200,000 dollars. My name was on the original deed and I'm coming and will find that deep and I'll take her for every dollar she has and leave her homeless like she has done me. I offered to pay her for an acre and Paul laduke wouldn't let me get my family land. My daddy bought that land . He wasn't even her dad I'm the only child of his. She and momma had daddy signed into a nursing home when he got cancer. They never even told me because I went to South Missouri and got him. Me and my first husband took care of my daddy with cancer. Darlene, Tim, nor Ben wanted to come see him. But I loved my daddy. I was offered the land and refused it as I cared for him out of love. She and Paul laduke threw mom in a nursing home to watch her die. Paul laduke stayed sopping ass drunk and chased us with axes and chased us into the woods with a shotgun. I hid in the attic of that old house in a tiny room built in the corner scared to come out. Darlene also took me when I was little and let Clifford lorett rape me. She sold me as a sec toy to old men around norwood, MO. Darlene and Paul laduke were just users for their own enjoyment. I heard him myself talk nasty to waitresses all over mtn. Grove MO. Darlene just sat there like it was ok for him to embarrass the young women. She is just as nasty and filthy as he was. That's my own recollection of Darlene and Paul laduke. When my second child was very small Paul punched him in the chest so hard it knocked the wind out of him. Almost sent poor little frank to the hospital. She says I took that child from her and Paul but I birthed that child from my body. Paul Laduke didn't care about anybody only what he could get from them by stealing and taking it from people in the community. That's why they had to leave the farm and move to Seymour. Don't anybody erase this as I'm ready to sue whoever messes with my property such as this writing.
