Sally Jo (Wagner) Prock, 89 Years 7 months, 3 days, passed away on August 26, 2023, at Heart of the Ozarks Healthcare, Ava, Missouri.
Sally was born on January 23, 1934, in Kettle Falls Washington to Phillip and Grace (Ousley) Wagner. In 1954 Herman Prock and Sally Wagner were united in marriage. To this union two sons were born, Mike and Kenny. She was a Christian and loved to go to church. Sally loved the Cowboy church and occasionally attended Gentry Church. She loved bluegrass music and on occasion went to Gib’s Barber Shop to listen to her brother, Jerry Wagner, play music. They also went to Vanzant on Thursday evenings to jam out. Playing Scrabble with her sister-in-law, Lena Wagner, was an on-going competition between the two. She loved going to her sons, Mike and Vickie’s home to join with her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and other family members for fish fries, big dinners, and holiday events. She was a woman with a love for people and work. She owned the Dairy Queen, and The Rafters Restaurant, and ran Primetime Video and BNT Loan office. She was also a member of Eastern Star, Chitter Chatter Club, and on the board of the Mtn. Grove Alumni Memorial Park, in Mtn Grove. After graduation from Mtn Grove High School Sally lived most of her life in Ava. Sally was preceded in death by her parents, Phillip and Grace (Ousley) Wanger, her brother John Wagner and wife Shirley (Winters) Wagner, a nephew Bruce Wagner and great-nephew Braxtin Bell. She is survived by her sons, Mike and wife Vickie (Delp) Prock and Kenny Prock. Also, she will be missed by grandsons Cody and wife Rachel (Robertson) Prock, and Clinton Prock. She is also survived by great-grandchildren Caden, Conner, and Jaxtin Prock. Her brother Jerry and wife Lena Belle (Ray) Wagner will miss Sally in their lives as well as many other nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends. Memorial service will be held on Friday, September 1, 2023, at 6:00 PM at Ava Family Funeral Home, Ava, Mo. Burial will be at a later date in the Ava City Cemetery.

Aunt Sally was the nicest, sweetest person. Our thoughts are with Mike and Vicky and family, as well as Kenny during this time. We're so sorry for your loss. She will be sadly missed.
